Bali is average. For those who love cleanliness, it's definitely unbearable. There's no hot water for showering. Almost no services are provided. Just cheap and close to the airport.

The hotel is very dirty and no reception and then the rooms also very dirty and the smell is very bad. Inside the trip.com they post the photo for room is very nice and clean, but actually different outside. The hotel location is besides the other shops and walk way is very dirty and full of dog filth. So the hotel is lied to a customer. We already paid for all rooms and we can't get the refund bcoz can't live in this place. As the trip.com, you should report to the hotel.
