This is close to everything in very central location.
You can literally go out and buy fresh veggies and everything. Breakfast is very simple rice and egg.
There is motorcycle parking in as well. It was a good day for the price paid.

This is my first time staying at such a dirty hotel. First of all, the interior is extremely old. Ants crawled from the trash can to the walls and the room, and entered the bed and carrier. I arrived late and wanted to rest, but the air conditioner remote control did not work properly, and this was my first time staying in such a dirty room. Not long after arriving, there were ants everywhere, so I couldn't sleep. The staff sprayed pesticide and changed the sheets that the ants had climbed on... but when I took the sheets off, the pad underneath was really horrible. It looked like it had never been washed. I couldn't sleep properly and got rashes all over my body, so I moved to another hotel the next day. This is the first time I've seen a place like this in my life. I wanted to attach a video, but it's too bad that the video isn't uploaded. It's a place that doesn't deserve even 1 point.
