Grand Sea View Lembongan

Visiting Nusa Lembongan Grand Sea View Lembongan is situated on a hill that makes the view from the upstairs bedroom sensational. Double glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous view of Mushroom Bay - ocean view as well as the pool and beautiful gardens of Grand Sea View. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything required to be comfortable. The only consideration is steps and if this is a problem for you - requesting downstairs rooms may be an idea.

[Sharing a horrible experience] Be careful with this Hotel in Nusa lembongan. Grand sea view hotel. I booked this hotel for 4 nights yesterday. When I got there, hey showed me a different room. I didn't think about too much since the weather was so hot and the journey was so long. After checking in, I went for dinner and came back. When I was taking shower, I found the shower head was broken and the water was going everywhere not to my head at all. I was...like....ok...that's ok as long as I can take a shower. And then I was going to see the smell of mold was getting worse....I could smell a bit but I went for dinner so I didn't realize it was that bad. My throat was getting hurting and my nose was getting itch. Next morning I woke up...... with tons of mosquitoe bites. Then I remembered this room was sooooooo different than what I booked for. I have very strong reaction towards any insect bites so I booked a sealed morden room. That was old balgalow . So I brought that issue to the owner..... Well...... the room I booked is under construction. So they used the photos of the room is NOT ready. I had to leave since I couldn't stay there. I have already quite bit of transportation in the island. Plus I couldn't sleep with tond of mosquitoes bites. Bla bla bla..... At the end, ***********. saying I need to deal with the owner and the owner was trying to charging me for the all the cost...... ex) it was breakfast included .... but he was trying to charge and I ordered a taxi to leave. The taxi driver refused to leave till I sorted out thing with the owner-i only can guess they are friends or something. Then the owner is trying to charge me the taxi fare. Well..... I didn't use the taxi. Oh.....and they said if they give me a refund, make sure I leave 5 star reviews. I guess that is how they got that 'febulas review' Long story short. He hasn't give me a refund until I paid for all the cost. :) I am sharing a photo I booked[top] and the room they gave me.[bottom]

Incredible views out to secret point and Ceningan, Grand sea view offers a relaxing, peaceful holiday at a budget price. We stayed in the family room which is an adjoining room that can be shut off. 2 single beds for the kids and queen for us. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Each has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Huge balcony with that view out to Ceningan and the ocean. Most days we had the beautiful pool to ourselves. Our son ate the chicken tenders at the restaurant nearly every day. It is a short walk down the hill to restaurants and beaches. We took advantage of many restaurants that offer courtesy pick up and drop off. The exercise on some days was welcomed. We wished we had stayed longer in Lembongan.
