Ordered a deluxe room without a TV, already told 3 times they said they would pick it up but it was not delivered until morning. There is a cafe where food cannot be delivered to the room.

Firstly too much house flies , we name it house of flies instead of kayuan . Secondly view was amazing but can u imagine a hotel with thousands flies its make u creepy . Staffs r friendly n nice , view is amazing but in my room i kill at least 50 flies . Their resturant has thousands of flies that make us not to eat the free breakfast ….. the mountain is very cold .
If u wanna come please bring bygone . Or u will not sleep peacefully
