BAD SERVICE FOR EXAMPLE, WE ASKED FOR OUR GLASS TO BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW GLASSES BUT AT CHECK OUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR A TEASPOON, EVEN THOUGH WHEN GIVING THE GLASSES WE WERE NOT GIVEN A TEASPOON, IN THE END WE WERE TOLD TO REPLACE IT FOR IDR 10,000. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM OF THE MONEY BUT WHAT WE ARE ISSUE IS THAT WE DID NOT GIVE IT AWAY AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE TEASPOONS BUT WE REPLACED IT.
