Quite clean, there is a canopy that protects from mosquitoes and just looks cool. The pool is tired, there was no service. Nearby there are shops, warungs, a beach and beautiful views. Cats run around at night, make noise)

No hot water every day Every morning a complaint to restore the water Cleaning done twice in one week at our request because we found a box of medicines at the head of the bed and a soda bottle under the bed Access to the bungalow, the stair railing is worm-eaten We really do not recommend

For the price you could not fault the property. Staff welcoming, room clean and comfortable. Nice pool but a little warm. 9 minute easy walk to Mushroom Bay and Tamarind Beach. Just a little further to Sandy Beach Club and Dream Beach. Shower was cold but needed. Good air con in the room. I’ve read in other reviews there’s noise from the road but I stayed in a villa 2 in and was not an issue.

Lovely villa, good location, walking distance to nice restaurants and beaches. So noisy, hardly any sleep for 3 nights as villa next to road. No fridge in rooms, only one towel given for entire stay, despite requesting multiple times for another towel. No pool towels available either. Good cheap basic restaurant,on site for light meals,
