We ordered an evening meal at 5.30 and were told it was a late order yet the menu stated 6pm.
Aircon didn’t cool the room. Bathroom had no air flow if the door was shut. Shower overfilled due to hair in the drain - not our hair. We had booked for a week but only stayed 2 nights. Management was rude and basically blamed us

The staff were so beautiful and polite they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt safe the whole time. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, it’s close to everything. We had an amazing stay.
