The staff was nice, but the room was filthy and the Wi-Fi was terrible. The bed had stains on it, the room smelled like it was flooded, and there was a huge swarm of fruit flies in the room… and they acted like it was normal. Yikes. I don’t typically leave reviews - especially bad ones but I mean… yikes. Lol. I asked them for my money back and they wouldn’t give it but I went and stayed at another hotel anyways.

Établissement très vieillissant et pas propre au niveau du drap housse, pas de drap plat, ni de housse de couette. La couette était très sale et que sa pour nous couvrir.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

泊まらない方が良いです
ホテルはとても古くて不潔
ベッドシーツが無く、ベットカバーだけだった。
バスルームに前の宿泊者の髪の毛の束がいくつも残っていた。シャワーのお湯が出なかったのでスタッフが点検に来た時に、毛の束があちこちに残っていることを指摘すると、スタッフは足で毛散らかした。
夜は大きなゴキブリが出た。
バスタオルは古くて色が悪い。2泊したが、2泊目のタオルはブルーと白のストライプのビーチタオルだった。
カップが部屋に無いのでスタッフに依頼すると、カルキと汚れのグラスを持ってきた。
バスルームと部屋を隔てる戸は古くて軋んでいて閉まらない
長いこと全くメンテナンスをしていない様子。
トイレットペーパーや水の補充はなく自らフロントへ取りに行く状況。
とにかく全てが古くて汚い。
サービスはほぼ無いので素泊まり状態。

Very friendly staff, great area. Safe place for your belongings and comfortable beds. Bed sheets and towels changed daily. Great area to use as your central hub for travelling around the area. Good breakfast to and amazing aircon. Would defiantly come again.

Beautiful.....absolutely will stay there again. Friendly, kind, professional staff. This hidden treasure is a joy to come back too after a day of shopping.

Correct establishment but poor location far from any beach 1.2 km and not 500m no swimming pool no fridge. Nice place otherwise. We were supposed to stay 4 nights in Kuta but left the room the next day because it was too noisy for our liking.
