The front office person are very friendly and accommodating towards our request. To remind all person who are going to stay there to request for hairdryer as soon as u check in as they only have 10 hairdryers in such a big hotel and the rooms do not have refrigerator. You can also request for it upon check in. Like the location very near to mall.

We had a rest in a big group. Unfortunately, small rooms, when you go with friends, it is not very comfortable in a small room. It smells very damp in the room, the rooms are old. Breakfasts are ordinary

Nice hotel but needs to improve for water pressure very low. The hotel used a QR scan for registration, which is very good and paperless. Very fast c/in and c/out.
