Nice and good enough for my small family. Some part of Villa may need some repainting work. Breakfast selection is limited but good enough. Anyhow, all is good 👍🏻

The room was pretty and spacious. Love that their TV have netflix and youtube. However the pool colour looks dirty that why i didnt swim in it, and also the bathtub even after i brush and clean its still yellow(not sure if the water is yellow or the bathtub). I also spotted a mouse that ate my breakfast. The towel they provided has yellow stain on it, and i ask to change but endup they didnt change for me, luckily i brought my own towel. The staff was very nice and prompt reply whenever i whatsapp them. Stayed there on my birthday but did not have any special surprise i tot would have. Overall rate this 2/10.

What a great stay! Originally, there were no comments and I was a little confused, but it turned out to be a perfect score! Stayed here after returning from Nusa Penida. The environment is very good. I stayed for a long time swimming in the morning before going out.

The villas are indoor/outdoors without a roof over the pool. I wasn’t expecting a pool in the middle of our room, but it was an absolute blessing/luxury in the 30 degree plus temperatures during our stay. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept on, we had free wifi, air con, Netflix, complimentary yummy breakfast and the friendliest staff. The beach, shopping centre etc., was a taxi ride away and we had the loveliest stay.

SCAMMED! DO NOT GO! They ended our stay here early!! On 4 out of 5 nights of our stay there was a birthday party right in front of our front door, on the lawn followed by 3 weddings. This meant that from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM you had gigantic noise nuisance. In our own accommodation it was so bad that we could not even hear each other a few meters away without shouting at each other! If you complain about this to them, you are told that they had let us know via app a month before our stay that there would be 3 weddings... Exactly at the moment that the period for changes or cancellations has expired, can hardly be a coincidence. In addition, we are not familiar with the accommodation and had no idea that those parties would take place right in front of your front door and that we would be so inconvenienced by them. Too bizarre for words that if you wanted to go out yourself you literally had to walk past the ceremonies! And often even had to walk through the guests to leave the accommodation. Not at all how we had imagined our holiday! Once you have reported this to them, you are promised face-to-face compensation, but according to them you have to arrange this yourself via Booking. After doing this, Booking comes up and says that we have already been offered compensation by the accommodation, but that we have refused it... when you ask what compensation this is supposed to be, you get no answer! Only a message that no compensation will be given. This is too ridiculous for words! The accommodation is simply lying to you and Booking is doing nothing about it! Don't fall for this people! There are a thousand better villas to book in Bali! Don't BECOME A VICTIMS TOO! Furthermore: - leakage in bedroom - leakage in living room directly above the couch so you simply get wet - tiles in swimming pool loose on all sides - kitchen cupboards rattle on all sides - included breakfast inedible
