The room is so crowded with people. It's dark and gloomy with geckos. I tried to ask them to change me to a room with sunlight but they refused. They would give priority to white people. The room also has a strong musty smell. The toilet is also broken. I asked them to fix it but they didn't. I just sleep and go back home. I don't go out to play. Stayed here for a couple of nights with a friend. Location is hard to access by car due to narrow roads. During our stay the TV was broken, the staff did replace it but only had one channel. The aircon was also broken and leaking. No solution to this was provided other than 1 tower which got dripping wet very quick. I mean, the staff did try their best but I think it could be better managed. We also had issues with flushing the toilet, has been done a certain way. So I’d say 50/50 value for money tbh.

Very nice and clean room. Everything is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, minibar, soap, toothbrushes, very comfortable to spend time. Nice balcony, beautiful view. For such a price it doesn't get any better❤️

The hotel itself is beautiful, I liked the room with a view of the pool. The pool is warm. But the service leaves much to be desired. There was no shower gel in the room, I had to ask the administrator to pour it into the dispenser. There was only one glass in the room, and it was dirty. It is not clear how they prepared the room for guests. I asked for a second glass, and they gave me a dirty glass from the kitchen, it felt like it was covered in grease. In the morning, when we came for breakfast, the situation with dirty dishes was repeated. The glasses were very dirty. During our breakfast, the staff was sitting at the next table and also having breakfast, they were very noisy, we were not comfortable. We chose breakfast for 75k eggs with toast, bacon, sausage and ham. I did not think that for such a price everything would be in one copy, you can’t look at the sausage without tears, and they did not remove the film from it. There was bird droppings on the next table. It's some kind of swinishness to treat guests like this, considering that the price for a room is not cheap. I can only recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, I do not recommend having breakfast there.
