I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A special mention goes to the supervisor, whose kindness and attentiveness truly touched my heart. Their hospitality made me feel right at home, and I appreciated the genuine care they showed throughout my stay.
The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making my experience truly relaxing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The ambiance was serene, and the therapists were incredibly skilled. The treatment was so soothing that I drifted off to sleep, completely enveloped in relaxation. It was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had!
Beyond the excellent service and facilities, what made my stay truly special was the warmth and sincerity of the team. Pros: Beautiful decoration, new facilities, large bathroom, clean swimming pool, body lotion, nice restaurant, but limited variety
Cons: Average surroundings, construction site at the door, lots of potholes. Shampoo and shower gel is a popular brand, doesn't foam and is very dry, no conditioner

The staff are very friendly, the staff can speak a little Korean and treated us very kindly. Afternoon tea was provided and a simple breakfast was included. The location is a bit far, but there is a shuttle and it is easy to get to the city center by Grab, so it is convenient.

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The staffs (all of them) were very polite, attentive and friendly. The hotel had a several packages for you to choose to experience and explore Bali. The SPA was great too. It was very relaxing. The highlight would be the room. The room was very comfortable and pretty. It is furnished with a smart tech device.

location of the hotel nearby some attractions n few mins walk to convenience mart
bt only thing is room nt very soundproof so if there is ppl using the pool u cn hear them and the aircon is nt tht cold we set it to 18 degrees celsius bt still nt tht cold
other than that everything else was great
breakfast selection is great as well
