We enjoyed staying at Village Bali. The rooms are clean and nice decorated. We loved the surroundings and the swimming pool. They have also a restaurant. Good food quality. An intimate, home away from home feel, fantastic ammenities, comfy beds, lovely rooms with own garden space, delicious food, and absolutely incredible staff! Our family, incl 2 teenagers, totally loved staying here. Modern & relaxed vibe, good location a short walk to Impossibles Beach or short car ride to Uluwatu, Dreamland etc to access surf, wellness, shopping, restaurants. Clean comfortable modern villas around a lovely garden, wonderful manager, staff and service, terrific restaurant. Yoga & massage available on site. All we needed to slow down, restore and have a great week. Great if you prefer a more authentic Balinese place to stay versus a big resort.

Great hotel, clean, friendly and attentive staff. Incredibly good breakfast and delicious coffee. Rooms 100% clean, fresh water every day and very nice interior of the rooms in boho style. Each apartment has a cute terrace attached which invites you to relax. Beach 10 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants also within easy walking distance. Would go back anytime, the BEST resort in Bali so far! Simply amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable and spacious to lie on.

Excellent in every way. From the moment you arrive you breathe well-being and elegance. This hotel manages to balance everything by becoming a home for those who visit it. Starting with the human team, which is close and professional, above all proactive, and has adapted to the small needs that we were having, from the chef who created the best “overnight oats” that I have ever eaten away from home, to the manager, through housekeeping, security and the wonderful receptionists who have assisted us. The breakfast is very complete and very very very rich. The rooms are elegant and take care of every last detail, being simple at the same time without missing detail in absolutely anything. Very clean, important speaking of a country like this. Peace reigns, there is a balance of nature and modern architecture that adapts perfectly to the environment, as I said, to really feel at home and in a place where well-being flows. Finally, I will repeat myself, thank the fantastic and good team that makes it up and serves the public and congratulate the creators. Good job.

This is by far THE WORST hotel experience I have had. Upon arrival, my room was positioned directly next to a very loud construction site. They were building 2 new rooms on the hotel site. I spoke to reception and said that I had to move. They told me no rooms were available until the next night, so I just had to endure it till then. I woke the next day with a terrible head cold. Feeling like death, I moved to the new room which was a smaller room (I paid for the bigger one that was more expensive) with no discount applied. During the day I recognised the construction work from Village Bali was still reverberating through the entire hotel. There was construction next door as well but that is to be expected. The noise problem was the construction coming from Village Bali. With my splitting headache/head cold I couldn’t take the noise so requested that I be allowed to check out the following day and have the remaining balance of my stay refunded. The manager said NO. They would only refund me the money if, after I left, they were able to ‘sell the room’. I said this is insane as I was never told that there would be a construction site at the hotel premises and if I had known I would not have booked. They didn’t care. It was either I remain a hostage at the hotel with the loud sounds of renovation work OR leave and run the risk of not getting my money back if they don’t end up getting another booking. The manager told me it ‘should be fine and we will probably sell the room in the next day’. Well, that never happened. The room didn’t get booked (or so they tell me) and I lost around $1,000AUD. So, I ended up having to pay for 2 Hotels for my one week in Bali. Completely ruined my holiday. This company is disgusting and I would NEVER stay there again. I will be sure to let as many people know not to make the same mistake I did. DO NOT STAY HERE!

From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed. All the staff were so welcoming, accommodating to every need and just so beautiful. Always there to greet you with a smile. Nita at reception was fabulous!! The place is so clean & so close to everything! Will definitely be back & can’t wait to return!!

The resort is generally nice. We liked the bungalows with their beautiful design, interesting elements and comfortable beds. The gardens are also good, but they could do more here. There were a few points of criticism during our stay, including: - The service at breakfast was not good. Things were constantly forgotten and it seemed as if the staff had no experience in the catering industry. The menu was also relatively small and the portions were small and varied in quality. The coffee did not taste good. - The quality of the room service was also not consistent - In our opinion, the price/performance ratio does not match up compared to other accommodations of this type in Uluwatu - The pool was not well maintained.
