このホテルの一番良いところは景観です。
朝食はたくさんの選択肢があるので3泊しても飽きません。
シャトルバスの迎えで14時半前には美術館の前で待っていましたが、15時になっても迎えがこなくホテルに連絡をしたら「予約を誰にしましたか？予約されていないので別のドライバーを手配します。」と言われました。その後、ホテルの運転手と遭遇しドライバーは「遅れており私達の予約は聞いている」とのことでした。結局ホテルに戻ることができましたが、Grabで帰れば良かったかなと思いました。
チェックアウトの際もクレジットカードをフロントのスタッフから渡されずにホテルを出て2時間くらいたって気づきましたが、なんの連絡もありませんでした。
ガイドさんに連絡してもらいなんとかカードを取りに行きましたがとくにお詫び等もなかったです。
バリ島には何度も来ていて、たくさんのホテルに泊まっていますが、スタッフの機転がもう少しきくといいなと思います。歯ブラシなども少しクオリティを上げてもいいと思います。

Jannata Resort and Spa is a fantastic escape! The service staff are incredibly friendly, and the location far from the city offers a truly relaxing atmosphere overlooking the lush canopy.
The breakfast is really good and I enjoyed the yoga and performances on offer, and the daily bag of cookies was a delightful touch. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Отель расположен примерно в 20-25 мин езды от центра Убуда. Есть бесплатный шатл туда и обратно, по расписанию. Понравился вид на джунгли, территория отеля ухожена, много зелени. Завтрак однообразный, по меню. Комнаты - на фото выглядят лучше, чем в реальности. Но персонал отеля порадовал своим гостеприимством и искренней заботой🫶

Everything sice our coming was excellent! We had a great couple massagge session for both in hotel's SPA and Romantic 100 candels dinner - very good and nice service!
Room with a big tarrace with beautiful jungle view. Also great infinity pool with nice view! Small never too crowdly restaurant with a teastfull eating. Very quiet place - great to stay for couples.

Rested in May 2025! Luxurious hotel in the Baltic style, amazing abundant breakfasts 🫶. Clean, cozy, well-kept rooms, territory surrounded by greenery, smiling, friendly staff! There is practically no infrastructure near the hotel, a couple of cafes are not bad. Neighboring hotels but the exit to the road! One small pool, clean, and what views of the jungle from the terrace of the room 🌿👍! There are few mosquitoes and midges at this time of year, we did not see leeches here, unlike Komodo)
The most important information is that in this place you can not order a taxi via the app and there are no bins near the hotel! Therefore, you can call a taxi either from the hotel or go down and there will be a taxi parking 😊 of course, no one told us about this, but it's good that we had the phones 📞 of local drivers!

완벽했던 숙소였습니다. 뷰가 다했다고 보면됩니다. 침대에 누워서 테라스로 뷰만 보고 있어도 시간이 어찌나 잘 가던지요..아침식사도 종류별로 주문해서 먹을수 있어서 좋았구요~ 단점은 시내와 떨어져 있다는건데...뭐 정글뷰를 생각하면 그정도는 충분히 감안할수 있는 부분이었습니다. 3일 머무는 동안 숙소와 숙소근처 식당에서 모두 해결하면서 온전히 숙소를 즐겼습니다.
