Sotis Villas

First of all, the property is not as big as it claims, certainly not 300sqm Villa… the Villa is probably 70-80sqm at most… already a disappointment at that… Another thing would be, they have a very strict policy and would not let you check in earlier on that day, which my first and only experience of getting rejected to check in early, despite they have my room available that day… they charge for early check in… quite unusual and disappointing in service industry… The breakfast, despite it was set inside the Villa’s dinning table, it is very low quality breakfast… might as well skip it and eat breakfast elsewhere in Bali… The people are nice though, they are friendly… it has private pool, but your neighbor can peek at you from their second floor… and yes, the villa is two floor if you book multiple bedrooms… The pool are not clean, I can feel the slippery algae feeling on the floor and side of the pool… may leaves and bird feather too… What concerns me most is the millipede infestation… they are not just in the bathroom, but they do visit the bedroom too… They provide toothbrush, shampoo, and soap, which are on a very tiny bottle and never refill that… so I ended up just buy on my own…

This is a great villa! My girlfriend and I lived on it for two months. Yuni is very hospitable, always ready to help and solve our problems, including administrative issues with local authorities. We will definitely come again! The area is beautiful, within walking distance are supermarkets, bike rentals, delicious cafes

Very great place to stay. Quiet and sunny villa, near ricefield. Very large pool, friendly staff. Super soundproofing in the rooms themselves and beautiful sunsets every evening without leaving the villa. I was very pleased with my stay there.
