Pros of the hotel:
- located 200 meters from Sanur beach, around the corner there are shops, cafes, massage and everything your heart desires;
- clean, pleasant rooms with everything you need: a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning that does not blow on the bed, a coffee machine, tea, coffee, a desk, a balcony with a clothes dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, a dental kit in the bathroom;
- good buffet breakfasts: tea, coffee, juice, water, bread, jams, pastries, meat, rice, noodles, eggs can be cooked in various ways, fruits - a sufficient choice.
Cons of the hotel:
- the rooms are located like a well around the stairs, everything that happens behind the door can be heard;
- drinking water in bottles 0.33 - not enough;
- the service is sometimes unhurried: when booking and when checking in at the reception, I asked for an extra blanket twice. Then I had to call 2 more times, and only after that they brought it. Total 5 reminders.
Overall a good hotel close to the beach, promenade, shops and restaurants, despite some shortcomings.

The hotel lobby area was very clean, probably because it was always cleaned.
Of course, the room was also clean and all amenities were provided, so there were no inconveniences.
Personally, I like the desk that is deep and wide, so I can spread out my computer and notebook.
The breakfast menu changes slightly each day, so I never got bored of it.
Also, although I didn't say anything, they realized it was my birthday and surprised me with a cake.

The price/performance ratio is super high. I came here for diving. The breakfast is delicious and the service is very good. The room is not big but very comfortable. It deserves five stars (o^^o)

Not a bad hotel for the price with breakfast included
The rooms with balcony are nice
The architecture is very contemporary, it is really very pretty design
The swimming pool on the roof is nice for the end of the day after the visits, however it lacks deckchairs and parasols for shade
Very well located next to the beach easily accessible on foot
Lots of shops and restaurants right around
Buffet breakfast with a lot of choice as well as an egg station
The staff is young and lacks a little professionalism

The room is spacious and has a balcony. The buffet breakfast is rich, it takes three minutes to walk to the beach, and you can see the sea from the rooftop swimming pool. My favorite hotel in this area of Bali✨
