아쉬운 점이 있다면 저희 가족이 사용했던 2층방에 화장실 하수구 냄새가 조금 났다는 것입니다.(심하지는 않았어요) 옆방 부모님 방은 괜찮은거 보니 캐이스마다 다른 듯 합니다.

We stayed with a family with a small child. Excellent hotel, super location. The beach is about 200 m away in a straight line, on the other side there is a street with many cafes, shops. Ratio / quality 5 out of 5. The only thing is no children's

Good hotel, very friendly staff. No problem checking in at 11am, despite the standard check-in rules. Cleanliness in the room is 4, but we spent a minimum of time there. Breakfasts are traditional - something from eggs, muesli, fruit, sweets and many variations of a more substantial breakfast from local cuisine. Overall a good 4.5. Fully justified its rating

Reasonable and clean hotel, with a nice roof top pool and great breakfast!
Service varied a little, but overall it was minor things.
The deck around the pool is wood, but it’s not well maintained so it’s easy to get splinters in your foot.
The beach is 5 minutes walk down the road, and streets around has plenty of small shops for touristy things, drinks etc. it’s a good 30 minutes walk from some of the markets and the big iconic mall.

A hotel with a great location south of Sanur's main street.
Nearby are convenience stores, currency exchanges, restaurants, and the beach.
Nearby you can get to almost anything.
The room is clean, and the water temperature and volume are OK.
When I made the reservation, I requested a room with a balcony, and they gave me that.
The only disappointment was that the refrigerator didn't cool very well.
It felt more like a cooler than a refrigerator.
It broke during my stay, so I asked the staff for a replacement, and they brought one from another room and replaced it right away.
This was my third stay, and I could see that they had repaired even the smallest details, so I would like to stay again.
