Every early morning they left hot water in the thermos for the tea. They are so quiet I didn’t even know. They wake me up calling my name outside the door with amazing breakfast. Everyone is so helpful and polite. Swimming pool is very peaceful too. I Enjoyed swimming once in hot afternoon. It was great. No mosquito problem in the room at all.

This is my second stay at Suparsa's, and my warm memories from the end of 2017 have stayed intact. I spent eight nights here, & will continue to recommend it as a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious & spotless, the owner & staff are fantastic, & there is everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfy, the shower is hot with good pressure & the air con worked a treat. The internet is great. As an online teacher, I was able to work every day on Zoom without any issues. The location is hard to beat, conveniently located close to excellent restaurants & cafes, minimarts, a laundry & a chemist. The way the compound is laid out at the back means it's a calm little oasis off the busy streets of Ubud, & there were no noise issues during my stay. I enjoyed a relaxed start to each day having the daily on-site breakfast, & it's extra treat that there's been a pool installed since my last visit. I also love that water stations are available to refill water bottles, & that staff are diligent about keeping the Thermos full of hot water at your personal beverage station. The only thing that I didn't like was that on some of the nights, I couldn't sit in my outside area because some of the other guests were smokers, & I can't abide the stench of cigarettes polluting the air. My stay took in Nyepi (Bali's day of silence) & Suparsa's kindly explained everything that we had to abide by, fitting up my room with blackouts so I could still use a lamp, & kindly giving us lunch & the use of their fridge for extra snacks. I had a brilliant stay & feel fully recharged. Thanks so much, Putra & staff!! ❤️
