The receptionist is extremely helpful and friendly with her lovely smile at all times and provided packed breakfasts as requested as we were going for a tour early in the morning, everything is wonderful except for the presence of some bugs or ants outside the hotel door

The location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk to Ubud Palace and downtown, and there are many currency exchange offices and restaurants around the accommodation. The accommodation does not have a hair dryer, but if you ask the front desk, they will provide one! 장점은 직원들 진짜 너무 친절해요, 무진장! 그리고 조식도 나름 맛있었고 호텔에 짱 귀여운 강아지 있어요! 그 다음 단점은 건물이 너무 오래된건지 곰팡이등 지저분하고 침구류도 더러웠어요.. 무엇보다 제일 중요한건 수영장 물이 항상 더러웠고 (휴지들이 둥둥 떠다님) 수영장 한번 이용하고 온 몸에 두드러기 증상 있어서 약먹었어요, 그리고 샤워실 물 수압.. 진짜 너무 약해서 씻는 기분도 안들고 최소 샤워시간 1시간 필요해요, 수압 중요시 여기는 분들에게는 비추에요! 저는 재방문의사는 전혀 없습니다

우붓에서 하루 저녁 쉬기에는 적당했고 위치도 좋았어요. 다만 생각보다는 방이 작은 편이었고 문이 투명미닫이여서 암막커튼을 치지 않으면 통로 걸어가는 사람 또는 방안에 있는 사람 다 노출되서 약간 불편했습니다. 다음날 새벽 체크아웃해서 조식을 못했는데 도시락으로 대체해주셔서 감사했습니다.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. I heard from the spa owner that this is a family business. The employees are very enthusiastic and hardworking. The environment is very good. I stayed in the hotel for five consecutive days and experienced two massages, each for an hour and a half. The only drawback is that the bedding is a bit damp and there are a lot of ants and mosquitoes.
