My mistake was forgetting to fill in my check-in date then less than a few seconds I changed the date, but the booking could not be refunded, this was very annoying for me. I tried to contact the hotel by changing the check-in date to the date I wanted. The hotel answered my phone then after chatting for a while he blocked my cellphone number and could not be contacted at all.

The room is very spacious, but it is prone to small insects. There is no shampoo or shower gel, and there is no elevator. If you live on the second floor, you have to carry your luggage yourself. Lovely, hard working staff. Room had some issues that was quickly resolved. The Villas are so beautiful and the area is wonderful. The new Eka Wood restaurant is a particular highlight and it’s close by. Pay the extra and book the Villas is my recommendation. The air con is super powerful!
