The rooms require a general cleaning, the floors are terribly dirty. Before check-in, the staff said to wait 10 minutes, although the hotel is empty, an additional room check is in progress. The mini pool has clearly not been cleaned for a long time - it is cloudy. There are COBWEBS in the bathroom, the bathtub itself has a terrible coating, dirty mirrors, flowers have dried up, and one flowerpot has soil without flowers! The mosquito net on the bed is dusty and stained, towels have holes, the bed linen is clean. Refresh the paint on the decorative elements, doors and windows! Decorative vases are cracked and dusty!
Clean the tiles in the bedroom!!! A mouse was running around in the restaurant - get a cat! Clean it and everything will be great!
