We chose based on reviews and were wrong. I don't understand where so many rave reviews come from. The villa is not worth the money.
After checking in, we discovered that the safe was not working, the staff said that the batteries were dead and would fix it the next day. They didn't fix anything.
The villa was dirty and littered. Perhaps they didn't clean up completely after the previous guests.
There is no wardrobe. There are some kind of rails, but after we hung up our clothes and went for a walk, we returned and found that the things were all in drops of rust - the air conditioner was leaking and dripping on this metal "wardrobe", we had to fight to get the staff to take the item to the laundry, but of course it was never washed. The backlight in the villa does not work completely, the switch was knocked out. The villa as a whole looks tired. Don't be fooled by the photos. The last few days in Bali were a disappointment.

What a beautiful room it was well presented extremely clean with a great air-conditioning. The pool was so inviting each morning and afternoon great staff we loved staying here the only bad thing I could say needs a bigger hot water system the water went cold before me and my wife finished showering

What we felt from the first time we entered the villa was that it was very comfortable and quiet, the place was aesthetic, the service was friendly and helpful. In the morning we could bathe in the private swimming pool which was clean and fresh. Next holiday I want to stay here again!
