Very disappointed. Purchased a Scoopon package which have done before and never had a problem. Package included breakfast, lunch or dinner and daily cocktail. They decided they weren't doing dinner at all anymore although one night they said no dinners on a Sunday and next time they said ran out of stock. What???? Then told one day barman not in so couldn't make cocktails, then find out no longer doing cocktails at all. What???? If we purchase with set inclusions, they should be available. Management said they were in transition but that is not OUR problem, they should be honouring what we purchased. I'll be speaking to Scoopon for refund. The location was terrible, very busy street that you can't walk on. The front of the villas is some kind of carpark so very noisy. The villas are small and sterile, no Bali personality at all. Towels thin and old so very scratchy. And sadly no shower, only bath. Normally some of these things wouldn't bother me but combined with everything else....not happy. Would not recommend at all.

Welcome back world to Bali!!! The service with smiles is why the world loves Bali. The staff at Alam were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Using What's ap to communicate helped with language barrier. Upon arrival we had beautiful drinks and a huge bath with rose petals drawn for us. The villa was private and the pool just perfect. The Lovers Lane arch walk was beautiful - day or night. Although after a huge feast at the best Italian restaurant ( next door) we wouldn't of minded a cart or Segway to take us back to our rooms for our food comas 🤣 The place is in the back streets and I advise going for a walk - both directions to explore what shops and services have opened. Some of the little restaurants are to die for!!! I would also advise taking a copy of the address with you as most taxi drivers don't know where Alam is. Which is fair enough considering it's location. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and were both lovely. But the best thing was the in house massage!!!! Omg- spoil yourself. Massage then straight to sleep lol! Alam is a little hidden hideaway perfect for couples who don't want to be disturbed.

This Villa is the best, I stayed for 2 nights, it was wonderful, the room was clean, the food was great. The land quite big for one bedroom. I recommended this villa to everyone. My next visit to bali, I will be back to this villa.
