arrived at 330pm but was told the room was not ready and we can have a free drink at the restaurant while waiting for our room. Only got access to the room at almost 5pm.
Also upon looking back, I booked a room with city view but my room had view of front-desk only.

I stayed at a beautiful hotel for the last night of my trip to Bali. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were smiling and welcoming. As expected from a Marriott hotel. Check-in was at 3pm and I arrived after 12:30pm. I went to the lobby to have them leave my luggage, and after talking, they told me that there was a room available so I could check in. The room and space were so comfortable that I wanted to go out. So I ate at a local warung nearby, returned to my room and spent the day relaxing. It may be an inconvenient location for those who want to go shopping. The breakfast I was looking forward to was also delicious, and I had two omelettes. Maybe because I was traveling alone, all the staff were friendly and talked to me, asking if I needed anything else and asking me to let them know if there was anything they needed. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.
