Overall, the hotel is good!
The location is only for bikes - you can't walk to the center of Ubud, but it's not a long drive. Also, unfortunately, there are no shops within walking distance.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV. You have to ask for a hairdryer separately.
But all this time there were some "buts")
1. The tripcom website has the wrong gradation of rooms (we found out after the fact, expecting a room with a view))
There are only 2 options: deluxe and villa. The villa is large, there is only one - ok. But it turns out there are 2 types of deluxe. The rooms that you see here on tripcom in the photo with a stunning view of the rice terraces from the 1st floor - it turns out to be "deluxe with rice terrace view", which are not here. Therefore, if you want a room right next to the rice terraces - you need to go to booking, at least at the time of writing the review.
2. Upon check-in, there was no hot water in the room, they said something was broken. The staff suggested washing in another room - ok, let's go. There were none in the first one either, we walked around the territory with towels and accessories, as in a bathhouse, we washed in the 2nd option.
3. Breakfasts to choose from, quite tasty, they always ask to choose the day before and say the time of serving)
The coffee machine was constantly breaking down after every cup, something there was constantly being corrected)
But the rest of the menu - it was as if they didn't know how to cook at all.
It was raining and there were no options where to eat. We tried: pasta, burger, salads, nuggets, fries - everything was not up to par, as if they were cooking for the first time)
You could get through to the reception every other time. You got through, and they still confused which of the 2 living families ordered what
"-Have you already ordered?"
"-We haven't ordered anything yet"
"-Ok"
They brought the food - they got lost.
You see - they are breaking into another family.
Finally they told us - they forgot the equipment
Went and never came back, had to zo
4. The WiFi is the worst where we were Share dropped out and was very slow. We lived on a telephone network.
By the way, there is not a single English channel on TV)
But all this is so smilingly brightened up by the staff that at the moment you don't even want to get mad
Overall, it's not bad, if these jambs were fixed, it would be great.
