I had a bit of trouble with the lack of hot water when taking a shower.
But other than that, the facilities were well-equipped and it was nice. Above all, the staff were really kind and made for a very fulfilling trip.

Villa in need of upgrade and maintenance. Sliding door to dining room is very heavy to move. Missing tissue; bedroom slippers and hairdryer in 1 of the room. No telephone in any of the rooms. No soap in the toilet at the dining area.
Service staff are helpful and courteous.

The villa is well furnished, have all basic needs you need. The staff is sweet and friendly but major language barrier as we kept trying to convey things but they couldn’t understand only much. The location is also 8-10 km far off from main attractions in ubud. But it’s surrounded by lush greenery and it’s quiet and nice. 4/5 for me.

This was a lovely property and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything we asked of them, they did in quick time. We even received an unexpected surprise of morning tea on our 3rd day, which was lovely.
They could probably do with replacing the pillows and some of the linen, had some slight stains, but overall, it was lovely.
The rooms were huge and well-appointed. The indoor/outdoor bathrooms were also great.
The pool was amazing. The decking around the pool could certainly do with renewing, however it was still certainly serviceable.
It was a little far away from shops and a larger selection of restaurants, however there were a couple of hidden gems close by.
Overall it was a lovely place to stay and for the price, unbeatable!
