A wonderful little hotel, where you can find privacy and attention from the staff. Everything is very nice, but with a really high class of service. About the location of the hotel, here you just need to be careful when choosing: do you need the bustle and proximity to busy streets, or still silence and peace. We chose consciously and are very happy.

We had an amazing stay in the Emerald Villa at Luxe. From the moment we met the driver at the airport to when we had to say our goodbyes to the staff who welcomed us by name and treated us like family each day, everything was comfortable and easy. Would highly recommend choosing the villas as your home while in Ubud. The breakfasts are delicious and great to have on property. Being out in the rice fields away from the hustle of Ubud town is very peaceful and relaxing. Whether you take the scooter ride to Starbucks (3 min) or walk (15 min), you can be in the heart of the city easily. But I promise, you’ll want to get back to the serenity of Luxe after navigating the traffic and busy streets of Ubud. The concierge team was very helpful in hiring drivers to take us on tours that were customized to what we wanted to see. We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer. We can only hope to return someday to this most special place. Thank you to the entire Luxe family for making our stay unforgettable 💚

The Luxe Ubud is a beautiful hotel situated in a peaceful, picturesque setting with rice fields as its backdrop. And although the hotel is situated in the heart of Ubud, it’s a marvelous escape from the otherwise very busy town center. The breakfasts are outstanding and every dish is carefully prepared and meticulously presented. Everything we ate was delicious. However, what made this hotel stand apart from many other fine hotels was the staff. Every single individual went out of his or her way to make us feel welcome and valued. Not once did we walk by a staff member without receiving a warm greeting and a strong desire to provide for any need. The genuine care and hospitality we received was nothing short of outstanding. In every aspect, this is a remarkable hotel.

5-star hotel for sure! From arrival to departure, we were treated like VIPs. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They always anticipated our needs. They even had a slice of cake with a candle and a Happy Birthday flower sign for my partner. There’s only 4 or 5 very exclusive villas. Our room was incredible. They cleaned it in the morning and afternoon. The villas are in a quiet and secluded area so no car has access to them. The busy area is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute scooter ride which they are happy to provide anytime at no charge. HIGHLY recommended 5-star hotel.

We had an amazing experience at The Luxe Ubud! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always responsive to anything we needed. The property was spotless, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. Our room was beautifully designed—luxurious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly felt taken care of during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and serene getaway in Ubud.
