The hotel in Jimbaran exceeded all my expectations! First of all, I would like to mention the incredibly cool and friendly staff, who do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every morning we enjoyed amazing breakfasts with a varied menu - from fresh fruits to local specialties.
The rooms are spacious and cozy, but it is worth considering that the humidity can be a little high, especially after the rains. However, this did not spoil the overall impression, because otherwise everything was at the highest level: comfortable furniture, cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel is just perfect - the beach and restaurants are within walking distance].

We arrived at night and the hotel is dimly lit. We went to the four floor for dinner and was bitten by mosquitoes. The restaurant has no repellant. The menu is restricted.
We found our rooms very poorly lighted, table lamps not working, bathrooms damp smell, bathroom door could not shut, TV couldnt on, bedsheets not clean. The hygenie standard very poor. We cannot understand the high ratings of the reviews. We can only accord them 3 stars and not 4 stars.
The breakfast has wide spread but the coffee and the food is not heated up. Cold coffee.
However, I would like to commend on the good service by the receptionist. Once they hear our complaints, they inform the housekeeping to do deep cleaning and repairs the door , replace the remote control of the TV, etc. Very prompt service.

The environment is generally OK, the transportation is not very convenient, but it is suitable for a family to stay at home.
However, there is one very bad experience. The villa booked by a family of three is nearly 200 square meters, but because my daughter is 12 years old, even without an extra bed, we have to impose an additional fee of 750k Indonesian rupiah. The money is not much, but this makes the originally happy thing unhappy.
In the end, I got a discount and paid 375k Indonesian rupiah.
