Alit's Beach Bungalow

We booked this hotel using our Qantas points. Going by the pictures it looked amazing. The place is run down. Far away from everything and not what the pictures depict. We were booked for 14 nights and left after 2. It’s not wheelchair friendly. We were upstairs with a rusty railing. The wifi barely worked and our view when we went to the beach was people bathing in between the boats leaving for the islands . With some maintenance it would be a nice hotel again but for now it should be closed and Qantas should not have this on their website to book . They refused to give our points back and Qantas can’t do anything …DO NOT BOOK HERE

Great location and good size pool is the only good thing about this place. The resort is very very very run down. In urgent needs for repairs of infrastructure especially Bungalows that are completely in ruins. Rooms are in need of new linen and cleaning a lack of. Wifi is not the great unable in our room. View from restaurant looking over a empty dirty pool with old furniture scatted over the place. Staff was very relaxed however that’s Bali. Resort is also use for local accommodation which no problems as all were friendly. Close to the new ferry boat terminal. bike and walkway just at front of hotel. Just a shame in the condition of hotel.
