An incredible place, comfortable rooms, lovely outdoor shower, super friendly staff, also has the best food in Amed too with lots of healthy, veggie and even gluten free options, the pool and aesthetics all round are just beautiful. There's even a place to do yoga. Highly recommended

Walking into Life in Amed, is like walking into paradise. The garden and pool area is picturesque. The property and gardens are well maintained. We stayed in a cottage and then moved to a 2 bedroom villa. The cottage is clean and cosy, with pool views. I love the villa, it is so spacious and beautifully presented. It has ocean views and a private garden. The staff are friendly and helpful. We dined at the restaurant on several occasions. The food is delicious and healthy. I love the 2 friendly house cats. There is an amazing spot to snorkel, from the beach near the hotel. My husband and I were surprised by the amount of coral and marine life at this location. It is spectacular, with very few people snorkelling. I noticed a sign at Lipah Beach which read "the best snorkelling spot", I'd have to disagree. The best snorkelling spot is near Life in Amed, by far!

A great option in Amed. Out of the main village on a lovely beach with amazing snorkelling. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Bungalows are simple and very comfortable. Restaurant is great - provides gluten free options. Yoga is offered in the morning.

Life in Amed is the beautiful, peaceful place that I hoped it would be. Cottages are comfortable, cool & bed was sooo comfortable. On a working beach - beautiful sunrises & sunsets, fishermen who leave before dawn like ghosts. The service is beautiful- kind & very thoughtful . All staff are genuine & took the time to get to know their guests. A special thank you to Ekka - for keeping me hydrated. The food is amazing - fresh, local & healthy. Many of the staff have been there for 20 years- to me that speaks volumes. A true slice of authentic Bali. I will be back. Suksama ,Life in Amed. 🙏🏻

really nice staff, wonderful food and lovely rooms🧘♀️✨🌸 I have been on the most wonderful yoga stay, and everything was more than good🙏 can really be recommended ! it is located in a quiet and local area with nice people and a nice beach I had my first snorkel trip🦀💦🐠

This was our second visit this year to Life in Amed. We absolutely love it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing, nothing is a bother and they’re always ready to help. The restaurant is awesome, excellent choice of food. Such a relaxing atmosphere overall.

Fantastic place to spend a few days to unwind. We spent 10 nights here and loved every minute. The staff are friendly warm and just wonderful people. The yoga in the Shala was amazing, with sea views it felt like paradise. We were sad to leave and it was heart warming that all the staff came to say goodbye the day we left. Nothing was too much trouble, the restaurant had great food and their margaritas outstanding. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Thank you for our wonderful stay 😍

Cute and very clean bungalows. Comfortable and relaxing. Amazing restaurant with delicious, healthy meals. Friendly staff and always willing to help. It's a reminder of Bali a couple of decades ago. Beautiful lush vegetation surrounds, fisherman still heading out to sea and simple living in a relaxed setting. I'll be back!
