Nestled in a lush nature reserve, Plataran Menjangan offers a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The service is outstanding, with friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Special thanks to Ayu for the warm welcome, Sudi and the Octagon team for the birthday arrangement, and Yuda for the unforgettable sunrise picnic. Most is the man behind the gun, Sastra! The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, providing a classical yet comfortable ambiance. Overall, Plataran Menjangan is a spectacular retreat for those seeking luxury and nature in harmony. The services are excellent. The nature are beautiful. The most tranquil resort i've ever been. Thank you for the new experience, to stay side by side with wildlife. You can enjoy the food while watching bali starling flying and deer eating the grass, we can also swimming with the ocean creature such as clown fish, seahorse, jellyfish, etc.

We had an amazing 4 nights here with my husband and 5 yr old even with a lot of rain! It’s a beautiful place and the rooms are stunning. Originally we booked the Ocean view but decided on splurging for the Mangrove Villa, 301 for the space and it was luxurious and perfect given many hours of heavy rain. View is amazing and it’s so comfortable. Snorkelling off the Jetty was fun and while the beach isn’t sandy there’s soft parts the our boy enjoyed. I thought the food was great, (kids fish and chips was so good and the local food really good- other western food perhaps not quite so good though). Decadent breakfasts, lovely complimentary afternoon tea as well. I did some of the other free activities, cooking class and offerings, and both were really good. The staff were all very helpful and we so enjoyed our stay. The snorkelling at the island was superb and the guide Numan, helped look after our son on the boat as he wasn’t snorkelling. The pool is one of the best I’ve experienced. Gorgeous play area for kids with a look out. It’s a splurge to stay at Plantaran, and it’s worth it. We also checked out the neighbouring resort which is more low key but I don’t think I could go back to the area and not stay at Plantaran.
