Room as described and generally clean. But big drainage problem in our bathroom, which led to having a flooded bathroom for 2 days !! After warning the staff of this problem, no measures were taken. It was after several repeated complaints that they finally called a repairman who came at 10:30 p.m. !! The staff therefore asked us to sleep in another room (not as good as ours). When returning to the room, it was not washed and full of shoe marks. The bathroom was not even scraped. We contacted the manager but without success, he decided to ignore our messages. After asking for compensation, they refused any refund. It was finally on the day of check out that they told us that it was up to us to take steps via the booking site to be reimbursed. But after wanting to make this request, the hotel refused it saying that compensation had been made. This is a scandal. In short, the staff doesn't care about their customers and their problems!

Good service, the location is a little far from the center but it's not too bad. The food, however, you have to plan to eat outside even for breakfast, I don't recommend it, as for cleanliness, if you are a neat freak, it's to be avoided, it's in the middle of the forest so there's a lot of dust on the carpets in the room but the mattress is very clean

The location is very good, close to the center of Ubud, 15 minutes by car, which makes it a quiet place, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is very nice.

Don't come if you have a family. It's very remote and you have to walk a mountain road. It's not worth it to go so far to see the scenery. The real pictures are not the same as the advertisements. The house is located at a high position, so there are many steps to climb. It is not suitable for elderly people or people with bad legs and feet. The hygiene is not good. The bed sheets have not been changed. There are hair and blood stains or chili oil. I asked the front desk lady to help me change the bed sheets and pillowcases. The kitchen hygiene environment is also worrying, but I still bravely ate breakfast. Although there are traces of black dirt on the lettuce leaves, they must not have been washed. But the main problem is noise pollution. The hotel's electrical appliances are aging and old, so the refrigerator and air conditioner will wake you up at night when they keep restarting. The sound is very, very loud and super noisy, and other residents will wake you up with the sound of flushing and pipes. After we checked in, we were still sawing trees or working until 6 o'clock in the evening. That is, the roar of the motorcycle motor never stopped, so we checked out and fled early the next morning. Young people can come, but those who are middle-aged or older should not come. In addition, there is the problem of water. In fact, how to solve the water problem here is worth thinking about, so I didn't dare to take a shower.

The staff was very kind. The breakfast menu had 10 different options, and I liked that I could choose from 3 types of fresh juice! I stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed changing it every day (^^)
