We stayed at this hotel for one night, a fairly negative experience. The sheets and towels were stained; the guy who welcomed us was not very friendly. The room was spacious but quite dirty and the bathroom a bit cramped. Breakfast was brought to the room at the wrong time and with unpleasant dishes, very limited choice. On the contrary, the guy found in the afternoon was more available to help. The pool seemed nice but we didn't try it; in conclusion, if you only have to spend one night there, it can be ok, but for a longer stay I would avoid it.

Our experience with Choice Stay Denpasar; musty bedding with stains, not working sockets, not clean sanitary facilities, not properly working air conditioning. Breakfast is expensive, 80k per person and after paying we hear that there is no buffet but that we can choose something from the menu; very basic, little variety. The rooms are spacious, but that's all. Check-in was also very difficult. After having just paid everything by card, we still had to pay 100k as a deposit (necessarily in cash) OR leave our passports behind the counter (?!). So that was a 2 kilometer walk along a very busy road that is not suitable for pedestrians to an ATM for the deposit of no less than €6... We were told that we could have breakfast downstairs in the lobby, but the next morning we were the only ones there. and after 15 minutes there was still no staff so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. We have had much better hotels in this price range on our trip. We left early. It is a mystery to us that this hotel scores so high.

Bad experience. Paid for breakfast, in the morning we sat en waited: no breakfast. No staff, no one there. Smelly bed, dirty shower, dirty spoons in the room. Didnt feel welcome, staff was not really nice. Only talked about money, so we left without having breakfast (but already paid) one day earlier. Staff didnt ask why. We coudnt find the pass of our room, they only mentioned we had to pay for that. Insane, we already paid 160 k for breakfast we didnt get and we paid for another night, so they have earned enough by exploiting. When we mentioned these topics we didnt get a emphatic response at all. Don't go here!

This is rather a Motel (at a very busy road, no points of interest near, you just want to sleep one night and travel on). The place is poorly managed and needs a complete overhaul. Forget about the pool area, you won't want to use it when you see it. Lot's of cheap materials (plastic, fake wood, fake leather). Instead of thoroughly cleaning the shower and bathroom, they put those toilet deodorizer blocks in the corners (see photos). You can smell the toilet cleaner in the room, too. So they installed an automated vanilla vaporizer above the bed to cover up the smell from the toilet. All the staff was wonderful. Warm and welcoming and they went out of their way trying to make me happy. For instance, I didn't like the banana pancake (because they had poured sugar syrup all over it, calling it real honey), they made a special breakfast just for me the next day.
