If this hotel has great services, despite the fact that it is a little old, it greatly disappointed us due to the presence of a neighbor opposite the hotel who listened to music at full volume and sang screaming at the karaoke as if he were standing next to us, which prevented us from finding peace and quiet until late at night. The vibrations of the sound system were unbearable. The hotel did not say they could do anything. In no way were we warned of such a problem even though it seemed to have been going on for weeks. We asked to be reimbursed to change hotels, and this was refused. Due to this noise, it was impossible to enjoy the peace of the hotel and its services. We had to flee this hotel even though we wanted to rest there. Hotel guests told us that they were also shocked by this noise and also had problems with the hotel because they had ordered a room with a pool and finally they only had a single room without being compensated. In addition, the breakfast is extremely simple for a hotel of this category. There is very little to eat. Fortunately, the hotel staff was extremely nice.
