Because it is in the woods, the room is a bit damp, the quilt is a blanket, not a domestic duvet, Ubud is a bit cold this season, the swimming pool can not be experienced, breakfast is a la carte, not many choices, the sayan piont restaurant next to the hotel is very good, you must experience it once

I stayed in Ubud for one night. The hotel environment is very quiet. After entering the hotel, you need to walk over a bridge and a road to get to the room. We stayed in a two-bedroom room, but the air conditioning in one of them was not very good.

Facilities: relatively new Health: relatively clean Environment: relatively good The service was excellent Recommended recommended. Very nice hotel. The location is a bit remote. Taking a taxi is okay. There is very little food around. Hope it helps!

By having looking on pictures, i never got an idea that how beautiful this property is. This is amazing. Surrounded by lush green jungle vibes. Every detailing is beautiful.

Quite a nice villa with beautiful views over the river, far from the crowds. If you like staying in a quiet area, this is a good place and if you want to go to Ubud Central, it only takes 10 minutes by car.whenever your holiday at Bali island mush try stay at this villa

We stayed for five nights during our stay in Bali. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay this is ok. The villa had a nice pool and were the best thing about our stay. The rooms have nice space, but I think they are in need for maintenance. The door curtains really needed cleaning as well. There are stair getting from villa to reception be aware of this if you have health issues. You decide your choose of breakfast the night before, which is ok, but serving in the morgen is confusing. We didn’t get coffee some mornings. We could have asked but staff was busy handling guest as reception staff is also serving breakfast. There is a nice place just across the road, Sayan point. There is also a couple of restaurants in the other direction. Staff was good at helping getting a driver for us. Riverrafting is also close by and a really nice thing to do.

Very good place to stay. Located away from the city in the jungle, this place connects you to nature. 2 bhk villa is amazingly spacious with a big pool

Second time staying here. Very quiet location just outside Ubud. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and clean. Very private. Own plunge pool. Air conditioner was great. Fridge included. Water cooler was great for refilling bottles and provided cold water! Great outdoor seating area. Love the solitude of this hotel. Included breakfast was ok. Some selection but was underwhelming. Lots of walking and stairs.

We stayed here in one of the private villas (Uyung) for 2 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful and so pretty! The staff were so friendly, polite, kind and helpful and helped us with everything that we needed very quickly and efficiently. I would also highly recommend the massages! I would definitely go here again and only have positive things to say about the experience! / Isabel and Anton
