Kanvaz Village Resort Seminyak

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was looking for a hotel for 2 days where I could comfortably celebrate my birthday (I like to be alone on my birthday). The room is wonderful - everything is high-quality, new, the lighting is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is high-quality, clean, a large pack of toothpaste with the toothbrush surprised me (usually they put it on a midget). The breakfasts are sooo delicious and varied. They even make a simple omelet with cheese so that you enjoy it incredibly. Croissants with chocolate - mmm! Waffles, coffee, fruit - I tried a lot of things, everything is great. The only thing is that when they seat me at a table, they ask what I will drink, and both mornings they happily forgot to bring it. In the end, I went to the bar where they make coffee myself. In principle, this is not a problem, but then why ask what I will drink?))) The pool is nice, clean, it is great to swim on pillows there. I lived on the third floor, I didn't have direct access to the pool, and at first I didn't understand if there were sun loungers for everyone, and not just private balconies. It turned out that there were - on the opposite side of the pool from the cafe where breakfast was. Some mattresses on the sun loungers had mold stains due to humidity. I would like the staff to pay attention to this and clean it. But overall it was very comfortable. There are also sun loungers on the roof, which are beautifully positioned on the water. But I didn't really like relaxing there, because there were no umbrellas, no tables, nowhere to put your phone - all you can do is fry in the scorching sun and warm your phone. In general, I lay there for 10 minutes and ran to the main pool. I really liked the SPA! High-quality massage, they took into account all my requests. I went to yoga two mornings. It's short - 45-50 minutes, but it's great to stretch in the morning! The staff is nice and smiling. They promised to decorate my room and give me a cake for my birthday, but I came back from the pool at 3:00 pm, and the team hadn't even cleaned up. I had to call to remind them about my birthday))) Of course, I would like them to remember such details. But otherwise, everything is amazing! They strewed the bed with rose petals, made a cake and swans out of towels, and left me a delicious pastry 🥰 it was very nice! The food in the restaurant is delicious, I had dinner there. I am very pleased, I give the maximum rating. And I will be happy to come back again!
