the location very strategic. i stayed in first floor, very humid so the floor is wet maybe because the condensation.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. The restaurant has normal food. The service is great, there is parking. But. We had a room on the 1st floor, we had a lot of trouble with the dampness. Things did not dry at all. The sea is nearby, but the beach is so-so. There are many cafes nearby. There is a large Bintang supermarket nearby.

“A Holiday Nightmare 2025”
The design is good but it’s falling apart, Attention to details is missing! A lot of chemical in the pool that you will feel very itchy in a minute as soon as you get in. The towels are stained and smell like it’s been used, the robes smell so bad, the whole laundry process should be changed. We feel there’s no one managing this hotel. Ala carte breakfast is good but the buffet has very little to offer. The coffee is BAD! The staff are good but someone needs to manage it. It’s is overpriced hence the negative review. We will not come back again.

Welcome drink is great! Love it.
Interior design is cool and nature vibey.
But unfortunately the room smells like a humid kinda vibe, and the woods besides the bed are like old, i dont think i will return here 🥲

The hotel is cute, staff are friendly. The room was beautiful, we called the housekeeping to come replace the bedding as it looked dirty, which they did immediately. The restaurant food was good.
