The environment is OK, the facilities are simple, and toiletries and slippers are not provided. The water is desalinated and salty. The hot water for bathing can only be used for a short time, and ladies need to bathe quickly. There is mineral water in the public area and you can collect water by yourself. The big bed is quite comfortable, and you can watch the sunset facing west.

The hotel has a good view of the ocean and sunset. Excellent pool and well-kept territory. Tropical shower. You can eat and buy beer at reasonable prices, but the portions are small. A big plus is free unlimited drinking water at the reception. You can easily and quickly call a taxi from the hotel.
The biggest minus is the distance from the beaches, shops and cafes. But this is immediately visible on the map, so I would not consider it a downside. This should be a conscious choice. Considering the price, this is a normal place.
At night and in the morning, expect sounds from unknown and known creatures. We saved ourselves with earplugs.
