We were very satisfied with the nice room.
We had confirmed in advance from reviews that breakfast would be delivered from a different location, so we had no complaints, and being able to have breakfast in the hotel garden actually increased our satisfaction.
However, we were disappointed that our room wasn't ready even though we checked in at 4:30pm, so we had to wait 30 minutes, and the hotel staff took a group photo of us with unknown origins and forced us to rate it on Google Maps, which was unpleasant.

I think this is a problem with the hotel management, not the staff's fault.
