Cleanliness:
There was poop on the headboard, the room was dusty, it seemed like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

We took the hotel before climbing the volcano, the location itself suited us for the climb, but the road to the hotel was very bad.
Service:
The girls are great, polite, they try very hard, but the dinner was disappointing, we took chicken from the hotel, it was raw, the rice was cold (we fed the chicken to the local cat), after dinner and breakfast, both of our stomachs were gurgling.

The "villas" are in a great location, beautiful view, good beds. Unfortunately our shower was broken (no hot water), but the swimming pool with hot spring water (30 degrees) was a godsend for that one night (of course without bath foam) The restaurant has a limited menu, but the host, manager, cleaner is also a cook. Simple meals, but well prepared.. Takes a bit longer, but hey, we are on holiday. Access road from the village is "only" 1.5 km, but is also the worst road / path that I have driven in decades.. Partly unpaved, partly loose stones / chunks of asphalt. Our motor scooter, 250cc, could not get up a piece of hill with 2 large adults. If in doubt, contact the host (Whatsapp), he will come and get you with his 4x4

The staff is very very nice, Wayan is a perfect guide very friendly! The hotel itself is pretty and nice with a nice view. But the room spoiled the stay, infested with fly, no product available to get rid of it, the bed linen are dirty and stain everywhere. The bathroom is really not great, dirty shower mat, shower without hot water, hot water works 2 minutes actually then more hot water for 3h, the jet to clean the toilet did not work, someone came to change it and wet the toilet everywhere and did not clean. No more toilet paper, we were given tissues instead.. It's a real shame, because the hotel could be great! But it needs a big refresh..

We enjoyed our stay very much! Excellent hospitality, beautiful place, super trip up on a volcano. 🌋 Place offers good food as well for reasonable prices. They helped us with everything, arranged great taxi for our trips for much better prices than what we got on a street. Definitely recommend 😉

Everything was wonderful! The hosts and the team are very friendly and cater to all your wishes! You can eat delicious fish (or chicken) in the evening and get a nice breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit and juice in the morning! You can book the Batur Trekking Tour directly on site. It then sets off at 4 a.m. with a guide directly from the accommodation! We found this to be a huge plus point because you don't have to take the bus up the mountain early in the morning! All in all, we are completely satisfied with our stay at Batur Green Hill! Thank you very much!

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Has everything you need. Excellent option for overnight stay before and after climbing Batur. The views are just crazy! The food in the restaurant is simple, but quite tasty, you will definitely not go hungry, especially since the price is much lower than average. The only downside is a very small hot water tank. It was amazing time here. The stuff was very friendly, happy and helpful. They bring us to the car and scooter for free to the main street . You can book batur hiking trip with them ot ask anything you want , thei will help you and do whatever you need. They are special. Recomend this place for all.
