設施：酒店的各類設施都非常的方便，餐廳，酒吧，露天影院，還有包括商店都非常的棒，其實可以在酒店完成所有你理想的服務，足不出户 衞生：衞生也是非常的乾淨，包括泳池，還有房間內的所有的這種衞生的條件，蚊蟲叮咬也會有預防，考慮的很周到。如果需要衞生的服務可以通過APP預訂，然後交流起來也非常的方便。 環境：環境真的是沒有話説，我覺得可以不用去峇裏島很多大家追隨的熱點的景點，衹要在酒店裡看看海灘，海岸，真的是非常的舒服。 服務：我這裏想特別説一下，服務是非常非常棒的，我很喜歡所有的服務員對我們非常的熱情，包括先生在這裏度過了生日快樂酒店的經理還為我們升級了總統套房，這樣的體驗在其他的國家和城市都是沒有遇到的，為我們整個春節的行程留下了非常棒的回憶啊，特別特別感謝六善的整個服務團隊，讓我們感覺到賓至如歸。 我這裏希望提一個小小的建議，而為了方便所有的華人出行，能否酒店配備筷子來方便我們用餐，嗯，這個確實會極大的改善我們的整體體驗，希望未來能再來六善。

There is no desk in the second bedroom. We moved the table on the balcony in, hoping to use the computer in the room. As a result... the socket on the wall of the second bedroom didn't work. In the end, they just apologized and couldn't solve the problem. I saw that there were comments online saying that only one plug in the living room and bedroom could be used. Such a big hotel, which was renovated 23 years ago, can't even fix a few plugs? The plug on one side of the head of the master bedroom bed was also very loose and unusable. 3. It rained heavily on the first night, and the glass door of the bathroom could not be closed. The rain poured into the bathroom, and the water did not recede until a morning. The poor man's pair of moccasins was soaked all night. 4. There was no umbrella in the room, which was too funny. There was no umbrella in the room during the rainy season, so the buggy car driver had to pick us up one by one. 5. We all know that tap water in Bali is not drinkable. You need mineral water to make tea and brush your teeth. There was no water for three people to check in, only two bottles left yesterday. It took a long time to urge them to deliver a few small bottles. 6. You have to call to make the night bed, but they didn't come without calling? It is said on the Internet that you have to request it on the App, but it was not mentioned when you checked in! I came directly on the first day. 7. The cloakroom looks quite large, with a few old hangers and only one trouser rack, and the rack is rusty! Oh! There is an ironing board in the living room as soon as you enter the door. I don't know if this is the decoration style of a big hotel or for the convenience of guests? Does it need to be placed in the living room? It feels like the room has not been tidied yet. 8. It is a luxury hotel. It is ok that the second bedroom does not have a bathtub, but why is there only a smart toilet in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom cannot afford it? Or a normal toilet. 9. The facilities in the room are really outdated. The armrest of the chair is missing a corner, which almost scratched my hand. The lock of the second bedroom door is broken and cannot be closed. The hardware is really hard to support this name and price. 10. As a luxury hotel, there is no scale in the bathroom cloakroom? There is only one piece of cotton pad. Isn’t this too stingy? I wonder if anyone thinks that her shower cap is also ridiculously small and thin. I am afraid that it will be torn if I use force. 11. No one paid attention to the door of the restaurant for breakfast for two days. I waited for a long time and couldn’t help calling people before they came to take me to the seat. After reminding several times, the waiter was probably embarrassed and took a bath towel to wipe the floor. Speechless! 12. For such a big hotel, the map they took out was actually a photocopy. I immediately asked the front desk for a color map, and they came to deliver it to the room later. This is the first time I have seen a big hotel photocopying maps for guests. The last one is for Ctrip. The package you purchased says that it comes with ice cream, movies, and yoga. In fact, these are free for guests staying in the hotel. Ice cream is available from 12:00 to 4:00 every day, unlimited, and movies are played every night for free.
