The hotel started to communicate with guests about their needs before check-in. After check-in, I was very satisfied with all aspects including the room, environment, hardware, service, and food. The Chinese butler made the experience even better. There were constant surprises during check-in. It is worthy of being a top wild luxury resort hotel. The hotel is a rainforest park. Although it was sweaty to climb up and down to find the Wos River Valley and the temple, it was fun.
I still have to point out a small shortcoming, that is, the information on whether and when the camp fire will be held is a bit confusing. But the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Capella Ubud is worth experiencing.
