Over all a wonderful experience

Ayodya includes Ayodya Resort and Ayodya Palace. When booking, I didn't know the difference between Palace and Resort. It looked more high-end, so I chose Palace. In fact, except that the rooms are closer to the beach, Palace is not as good as Resort in other aspects. There is no need to book Palace. There are many people on the beach, and you can't get a good seat if you don't reserve a seat for dinner. The room faces the road at the entrance of the lobby... I don't know why it is designed like this. The room facilities are old and the lighting is too dim. The service is OK, but not very proactive. Some people will not help to find a solution when encountering problems. As shown in the picture: 16, 17, 18, 19 belong to Palace, and the others are Resort.

Ayodya Palace is the part of the Resort where you can enjoy club benefits such as a swimming pool specific to Palace guests, including tea time and cocktail time where drinks are at will but unlimited. In addition, direct access to the beach is less than 3 minutes from this location. The hotel is old but well maintained. Unfortunately, like any building from this era, the soundproofing is rather poor (you can hear the vacuum cleaner in the room next door...). And if you come across partying neighbors, you can hear everything! This was our case, and we had to change rooms at midnight at our request because it was impossible to sleep! It was a real shame!

Nice beach, large area, lots of entertainment. And within walking distance there is a shopping gallery with shops and restaurants. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but everything is in good condition.

Beautiful hotel, well-groomed grounds, cool pool, wonderful breakfasts

The hotel is good, but a bit "tired" (this is evident from the materials used in the finishing, some furniture in the rooms and technological solutions). The biggest minus: the acrylic in the bathroom peeled off when trying to take a bath (okay, there is a shower - no big deal). Otherwise, it's OK.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Nusa Dua, with the Bali Collection within walking distance. Although some parts of the hotel itself feel a little old, it is well maintained and there were no problems with our stay. There are plenty of facilities and restaurants, including a large pool, beach, and dinner where you can watch Balinese dance, so you can have fun without having to go outside. During our stay, the hotel staff greeted us with a smile, and we had a great time.

Me, my wife and two daughters (11 and 7 years old) stayed for 5 days. Excellent hotel. Clean, organized, the staff are super helpful and there are several leisure options. The beach in front is perfect for those with small children. The hotel area is beautiful. The place is perfect for families!!!

An excellent hotel, although with a touch of noble old age)) The staff is helpful, the living conditions coincided with the description. The sea for swimming is only available at low tide, but this is a standard situation for this region.
