It was an amazing trip. A trip to remember forever. We had an amazing time here and a special shout out to the in villa dining guy (i am sorry i can’t remember the name). You and the team was amazing from the very beginning to the end. Can’t wait to get back 😍

Vila with private pool. I can sleep longer while the elder and kids swim in the morning. They send the breakfast to the room, unfortunately the variety menu is so minim. The vila is big and the pool so clean, but some furniture feels unclean

On the first day, I checked in and was shown to my room. The air conditioner was leaking and the room was soaking wet. The person who showed me said they would call a repairman and left, but the person who came a little later said that it was fixed, but it started leaking again.
When I asked to change rooms, they told me to wait a little, so I waited, but I was made to wait for more than an hour and was moved to the next room.
I was finally relieved, but when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water! ️ They called the repairman again, but he didn't come, and when he finally came, it took a while to fix it, and when I thought it was finally fixed, there was still no water, and they said that I would have to wait 30 minutes for it to come out. But even after waiting 30 minutes, there was still no water, so I ended up not being able to use it that day, and by morning the hot water was coming out.
The room was clean, but there were too many defects in the electrical appliances.
On the third day, it was raining and water was coming into the room from the entrance.
The staff were very kind, but maybe they were a little laid back! ? Japanese people are a little impatient, so I was a little irritated by having to wait. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the first day, but not on the second day. I didn't know what to do, so I went to the restaurant to eat, but there was no one there, so I guess everyone just got room service?

Overall, it was a good experience staying at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua .
Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Positives:
Spacious and Clean Villas: The villas were roomy and well-maintained, with plenty of living space and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.
Private Pool: The private pool was a major highlight of the trip! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical weather.
Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed. They have a strong network to assist visitors and went out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay in Bali.
Breakfast included: The breakfast was okay, but the menu could have been more diverse, especially for guests staying for a longer period.
The Location: The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
Areas for Improvement:
Limited Dining Options: While breakfast was ok, the room service had a limited menu for other meals. We had similar menu for breakfast(partly because of halal) through out our stay there.It would have been better to have more dining options especially for those who stays longer.
Halal Food: It is extremely important that 'Halal' food is served to Muslim visitors. We had an incident during our stay where bacon was served even after reminding the staff of our request upon checking in.
Minor Maintenance Issues: We encountered a couple of minor maintenance issues in the villa, such as a flickering light. Although the staff promptly addressed these issues, it would be ideal to have more thorough preventative maintenance to avoid such inconveniences.
Insect Issue: We experienced an issue during our visit with the "ulat seribu kaki" season, where the pools and ground floors were frequented by these insects.
In Conclusion:
I had a great experience at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas were spacious and clean, and the private pools were a great addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere and made my stay truly memorable. However, the ‘bacon incident’ made us a bit upset and cautious about the food being served. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously, especially for future Muslim guests. Thank you.

We have been living here for the third day. The pool was not working when we checked in and was dirty. The staff only promises to fix everything, but nothing changes. The windows are dirty. There is mold on the walls and ceiling. The floors are very dirty. There is only one key to the villa, although there are two bedrooms. They ask you to pay extra for the second key. When checking in, they say to report any problem and that they will solve it right away. But they do not solve anything. We paid for a villa with a pool, but in fact we do not have a pool. In addition, we have a small child, and there is mold here. I do not recommend this complex to you.

Rooms and facilities need a massive revamp. Room didn’t get cleaned nor towels changed our entire stay. Decking around the pool was super dangerous and kept caving in. Very dangerous for the kids. Restaurant was subpar. Minimal menu and most items not available anyway. What food they did have was good though. Staff were friendly

Grosse Villa super für Familien
Sehr schöne Villa, grosser Pool, leckeres Frühstück, welches in die Villa serviert wurde. Das Essen sonst im Restaurant war nicht nach unserem Geschmack und der Aussenbereich (Boden und Poolrand) müssten geflickt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super schönen Aufenthalt als Famile dort.

We had a fantastic family vacation at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Our kids loved the private pool, and we appreciated having all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. But what truly impressed us was the staff. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience.
