The hotel is simply great. The staff is typically Balinese friendly and helpful. Renting a scooter was uncomplicated - just requested it and shortly afterwards it was there ready for use. It was just as easy for us to book a driver for one day. It's a 10-minute scooter ride to the shopping and gastro mile. However, you can also spend a whole day in the hotel with massages and a pool restaurant. Our room was decorated in Bali style. The shower and toilet were outside - which didn't bother us. Breakfast is very tasty.

Nos ha encantado nuestra experiencia en Calma Ubud. Su nombre no puede hacerle más favor. Pasamos allí 3 noches súper relajantes, disfrutando de la tranquilidad del hotel, su incrieble piscina con vistas a los arrozales. Además la comida está muy buena y pudimos disfrutar de un estupendo desayuno en la piscina tan típico de Bali. El hotel está regentado por una española, lo cual hace que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Alquilamos incluso las motos en el hotel y todo fue maravilloso.

Great, calm & lovely place. Quite a bit out, from Ubud centre, which was what we were looking out for…cabs & motos will bring you to the centre at low cost & fairly fast…
Try to get a room not directly neighbouring the café/common area if you’d like to sleep in.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite - was beautiful .. the owner of the villa was friendly and accommodating - couple of hiccups - ie TV wasn't working when we arrived and had absolutely no idea how to work the water purifyer in the lounge / kitchen - plus no instructions. And I know it is wet season in Bali, but all of our sheets on beds had very 'damp' feel to them - plus a damn frog kept us awake ALL NIGHT LONG - (hardly the hotels fault - however worth a mention!) - restaurant / pool area charming and peaceful - staff in restaurant friendly, but really not attentive to their customers . breakfast was good - food nice.

Questo boutique hotel ci ha rubato il cuore
È situato a circa 15 min di auto dal centro e 40 min a piedi che si fanno piacevolmente nel verde delle risaie di Ubud
Calma di nome e di fatto! Tutto è concepito per il relax e la piscina vista risaie è unica
Arredato con gusto sia le camere che gli spazi comuni
Nota di merito al ristorante. La prima colazione super con scelta anche alla carta
Noi abbiamo cenato qua sempre perché i cuochi sono davvero bravi,la scelta ampia e il prezzo giusto
La spa in mezzo alla natura offre massaggi rilassanti e ben fatti
In ultimo ringraziamo tutto il personale sempre disponibile e sorridente
Nel Calma abbiamo trovato il nostro posto del cuore a Bali
