The hotel itself is ridiculously old. Walking in the corridor is like entering an old house. The wall looks mottled and the lights are dim. In addition, some design elements are inexplicably eerie, which always makes people feel creepy. You have to muster up the courage to go back to the room at night. There is no comfort and security that a star hotel should have. What is even more unacceptable is the design of the accommodation environment. It is not completely closed. The toilet and the shower area are open, which means there is no privacy at all. This is a flaw in any hotel, right? You have to be nervous when taking a shower or going to the toilet. You can't relax at all. The basic experience of accommodation is ruined. Moreover, the room is very stuffy. I don't know if the air conditioning is not strong or the ventilation design is problematic. I feel uncomfortable living there. The service attitude is also average. There is no active enthusiasm. The response to questions is not positive. I can't feel the level of star service at all. By the way, the black sand beach near the hotel is also disappointing. It is not as good as it is said on the Internet. The scenery is ordinary and the beach quality is average, which means that even the bonus points of surrounding facilities are gone. In short, this hotel has too many pitfalls from hardware to design to service, especially the open bathroom and gloomy atmosphere. Anyone who has stayed here knows how bad it is.
