We never actually stayed at this hotel – and with good reason. The hotel was booked for us as part of a package via a tour operator, but after reading numerous very concerning reviews online and even speaking with former guests, we decided not to go through with it. The condition, location, and cleanliness were repeatedly criticised, and we weren’t willing to risk a bad experience during our holiday. When we raised our concerns, the response from the hotel owner was incredibly disappointing – defensive, dismissive, and arrogant. Rather than addressing our worries with understanding, they only pointed to their own rules and policies, showing no willingness to listen or find a solution. In the end, we were forced to find and pay for new accommodation at our own expense, just to avoid staying somewhere we clearly couldn’t trust. We’re still waiting for a refund or compensation – from either the hotel or the tour operator. So far, nothing. I would not recommend booking here. Sometimes, avoiding a place tells you everything you need to know.

Absolutely amazing stay, every bit as good as the pictures. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, brilliant in every way and the staff are just wonderful.

オーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊しました。景色はとても良い。プールも楽しみたかったが、残念なことに雨天でプールは利用できず。部屋や設備は清潔で問題はありません。次に訪れるなら乾季の晴天の日にロングステイしたい。周辺環境も良く非常にリラックスできるホテルです。ただし、シャワーの水圧が低く滴る程度の水しか出ません。これは改良の余地ありです。また、蚊が多い時期だったのかもしれませんが、室内で蚊に悩まされました。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。とても好感が持てます。

Super fine og hyggelige hytter, med god service og ansatte. Dejlig pool, ca 20 min at gå til stranden. Rigtig god udsigt. Hotelejeren var meget hjælpsom med ture og transport
