The lobby, reception and staff are excellent, but the room is bad and in the morning there are construction workers who will disturb you.

I stayed at Neo+ Aston for 4 nights. The location was perfect—close to Ground Zero, Kuta Beach. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool (Pool Access Room), restaurant and Lobby.
The amenities like breakfast, gym, pool, etc were well-maintained. Only downside was I had to booked for the Spa but it was full, but overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Kuta/Legian.
