I stayed at Neo+ Aston for 4 nights. The location was perfect—close to Ground Zero, Kuta Beach. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool (Pool Access Room), restaurant and Lobby.
The amenities like breakfast, gym, pool, etc were well-maintained. Only downside was I had to booked for the Spa but it was full, but overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Kuta/Legian.

The hotel location is excellent:
- easy to get to from the airport;
- lots of shops, markets and shopping centers nearby;
- restaurants and bars are not far from the hotel;
- sandy beach and ocean are within walking distance ❤️
Cons:
1. If your room windows do not overlook the inner "courtyard", it will be quite noisy (construction during the day, music from bars at night).
2. The rooms are not very clean, the bed linen was stained in places, the bathroom has poor ventilation, it smells of dampness.
3. Nowhere to dry clothes.
