I liked the hotel very much, beautiful territory, pools with a view of the jungle. The service is good, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, the portions are large. The condition of the hotel is normal.

Территория отеля очень красивая. Большой плюс в том, что никто не кусает ни на свежем воздухе, ни в номере. Видимо связано с тем, что они опрыскивают «чем-то» территорию. Завтраки приемлимые, больше 3-х дней не осилили бы кушать одно и тоже. Жили в самом первом здании после ресепшена, на втором этаже. Номер убитый полностью. Да, неприятно, но нас этот факт особе не беспокоил. Так как приходили только переночевать. Обезьян на территории отеля не было. Не смотря, на то что в пешей доступности находится «Лес обезьян». А вот на проезжей части несколько раз встречали.

Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this hotel truly caters to all. The service was warm and attentive throughout my stay, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Definitely worth opting for the breakfast deal.
While the room itself was fairly basic and the hairdryer could use an upgrade, everything else more than made up for it. The highlight for me was the two stunning swimming pools with breathtaking scenic views, perfect for relaxing at any time of day.
The location is unbeatable. The hotel is a short walk to the Monkey Forest, with plenty of restaurants, local shops, and massage spas nearby. You really feel like you’re in the heart of everything while still being able to unwind in a peaceful setting.
Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again!

The main advantages of the hotel are its territory, location and swimming pools. 10-15 minutes walk to the monkey forest. We lived in a bungalow with a view of the pool, at the very bottom. The whole territory is buried in greenery, you feel like you are living in the jungle, the views from the pools are gorgeous, during working hours they give out towels. The staff is responsive, always helps. But the condition of the room was a 3. The pillowcase and blanket were stained, the shower was old (black spots on the shower head), when there was a torrential downpour, the roof leaked in three places. If the room were renovated, I would give the hotel 5+. The bathroom is large, there is a wardrobe, a table with a kettle and tea accessories, a mirror. Ants were seen in the room, but there weren't too many of them, and a gecko, but that was expected, since you live practically in the forest) We took breakfast, it comes with a choice: English (egg, fruit, toast with jam and butter, croissant and bun) or Indonesian (rice/fried noodles, egg, fruit), we liked Indonesian more.

Disappointing stay – unfortunately, not like the pictures!
The rooms were extremely dirty, the sink drain was clogged, and water was constantly collecting. The pool view I booked turned out to be a view of a yoga space where loud music and classes were held daily from 7 a.m. onwards – very disturbing! Despite immediately complaining, I was only told the next morning that a room change was not possible, even though the description and reality did not match.
The balcony view was disappointing, the room had a strongly unpleasant smell, and the hygiene was generally unacceptable – the pool was also dirty, which I believe contributed to my subsequent cold.
The location was good, but the service, especially from the manager, was unfriendly and not solution-oriented. Be careful: The rooms advertised as "pool views" are far from the pool – you have to walk up and down many floors. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price. I'm convinced there are much better options in the area.

Been there many times. Satisfied. It is important to understand the difference between the main building, villas and rooms under the pool. There are probably better ones, but I just love this place. In general, Bisma (street) has become better after corona. There is a padel tennis club nearby. Lots of restaurants and minimarkets. The hotel has good food!

Fantastic swimming pool with pure jungle view. Location is great, very close to Ubud centre but hidden well enough and very quiet.
