Seminyak Lagoon All Suites Hotel

Will not recommend this place. I booked a room with access to the pool. Howevee upon checkin, i was not given the right room. They wanted us to pay to upgrade. This is ridiculous despite me explaning I booked according to the room They were not prepared to check with trip.com and asked me to figure it out. The manager asked his staff how much we had paid for the room as his first question. It was dodgy. And they printed out the receipt. I had booked the room via trip on 16th Sept but the date reflected on the booking was 15th Sept. Something just wasnt right with this place. Please be aware.

Looks like it used to be nice but has been neglected. Room was ok, big but aging. Pool was quite nice. You get 2 waters a day, my wife asked staff for bottle of water early in the morning and they didn’t want to give it. Asked for fresh pool towels and they said no and we only get 2 a day. The next day asked for pool towels they said yes they will bring and didn’t. It’s not terrible but very little service. Would only recommend if you can’t find anything better but don’t expect any service here

Worst hotel and filthiest i ever stayed in Don't stay here it's dirty and unhygienic, booked another hotel as soon as i could wasted my money. The bathroom looked like i had never been cleaned. Blood stains and holes in pillows cases. Mattress was so old that you could feel the innersprings, peeling paint etc Pictures on the website are misleading

How are the reviews so good? This might be one of worst experiences I have had at a hotel ever. Staff barely speaks English, location is extremely off and inconvenient and very far from everything. A major problem is that online /app taxis are not allowed to pick you up here meaning everything has to go through the hotel and that took forever since it’s local taxi on a meter and has a minimum price no matter where you go. It says that it is near the beach, it is not. I actually thought I was in the wrong place when the taxi dropped me off. The internert was not stable at all (they have 5 different internet so you end up switching between the one that is decent) meaning I could barely have a single meeting. The gym, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel is something from the last century so it should not be allowed to classify as a gym. It says there is a restaurant but not really and there is no food near by. The room, it was TIRED (lamp didn’t work, phone didn’t work, super old washing spunge in the kitchen - very gross). The toilet also smelled really bad like there was something wrong with the pipes so I had keep the bathroom door shut. I stayed for 9 nights and not once did they change my sheets. I had to ask for cleaning of the room every time. There is construction going on everywhere so it smells like paint. All in all, everything was very inconvenient and they simply don’t know how to run a hotel up to standard. I’m shocked that the reviews were as good as they were. Lies!
