I stayed at the end of August. It is an old hotel.
The facilities felt used, but it didn't bother me too much since they seemed to be putting a lot of effort into cleaning.
Looking carefully during the two nights, it seemed like there were more older people coming here than younger people, and the breakfast was good enough for my taste.
However, the location is a bit far from downtown Ubud and there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so I recommend taking something with you when you go in.
By the way, the sofa outside was made of wood, and the board underneath must have been broken, so it suddenly collapsed while I was sitting on it and I almost got hurt;;

I recommend the hotel for couples or honeymooners, the hotel was good but around was several constructions and you can here a lot of noise of the machines all day, the cleanliness i was expecting more the towels were old, the breakfast its not a buffet you need to order from the menu
